| I've realized that there are a plethora of choices and options. Some which I want to pursue, but with the whole scheme of things in mind, I might just take this chance and go back to Texas next week, instead of going to Shanghai and visiting friends first.
It's seriously taken me a year to come back to this loop. This odd, weird loop, but loop yet still. This must be, what we call in Japanese, "goen" - fate?

| 3 hours of sleep. Met landlord in the morning to discuss moving out and documentation. Ran to Shibuya to meet up with Ade. Ran back to Kitasenju, more errands. Took a break downstairs, ended up drinking and hanging out. Decided it be better to go out instead, tried to find more people at Guest House. Went to Hub with the boys, finished with Sukiya (my first beef bowl place!!). Came back home. Checking email. Need to get up in a few to meet up with ex-UT loves in Omotesando. Need to pack things and ship. Need to finalize tickets to Shanghai and Houston. Need to get ready for the little going away bash tomorrow. etc. |

| ...translating OKI's segment. It's actually pretty tragic because the only reason that it's taking me so long to get it right, is because I know him and think he is an absolutely wonderful person and although choosing bad words inevitably comes with the territory of translating, I want to make those instances as less as possible for this episode.
And it's 4:30 AM and I still can't find enough words to make it sound right. Or good. Or even comprehensible. Writer's block x 2. I am out of hard drive space on my macbook so I am stuck at an internet cafe until I can get this finished.
Gah.
